Few Milestones

Martin Gretschmann started to play bass guitar in a Punk/Indie band in the late ’80s, whilst at the same time becoming interested in the evolution of Electronic music.

In the mid 1990s, he entered the light of attention with his pseudonym Console, an act he is known for until today. Thereafter, Martin he became a part of The Notwist.

In 2005, Acid Pauli released his debut record, titled “Billy The Killy”, on Disko B.

In 2012, he released his debut studio album, titled “Mst”, through Nicolas Jaar’s label Clown And Sunset.

In 2016, Acid Pauli co-launched the record label Ouïe alongside Nico Stojan, with their collaborative EP, titled “Call Of The Valley”.

That year, he met Ilker Çatak who asked him to write the music for the film, “Es War Einmal Indianerland”, a Coming of Age story based on the novel by Nils Mohl.
