Canopus is the side project of Psytrance DJ Richard Shelton (aka Dj Iah).

The project focuses on Melodic and Progressive Techno and Ethnic Deep House.

Influenced by artists such as Davi, Hraach, Armen Miran, Bedouin, ARTBAT, Be Svendsen, Steyoyoke Recordings and more.

His sound incorporates lots of eastern influence, instruments and vocal samples as well as clean, hypnotic melodies and deep, heavy basslines which create a journey in to the world of Deep House and down tempo Techno.
