In 2013, Dax J founded his own record label Monnom Black and signed artists such as
Two years later, he released his debut album on his own record label, titled “Shades Of Black”, which features 10 tracks.
In 2018, Dax J released his second album, “Offending Public Morality”, on Monnom Black. It features his famous title track and also “Waves Of Isolation” and “Feed The Pigeons”.
Over the years, he received nominations as Best Breakthrough DJ, Best Techno DJ and Best British DJ from DJ Mag, Mixmag, and the DJ Awards.
He’s renowned for playing mammoth closing sets such as a 10-hour marathon set at Berghain.
