Few Milestones
In 1999, Marcel Dettmann became a resident at OstGut and also held a residency at OstGut’s successor Berghain since 2004.
In 2006, he founded his own record label Marcel Dettmann Records and signed artists such as Ryan James Ford, Answer Code Request, Norman Nodge, Anthony Parasole, Wincent Kunth, to name a few.
In 2010, Marcel Dettmann released his debut album, titled “Dettmann”, on the Berghain record label Ostgut Ton.
In 2017, he released a collaborative album, titled “Marcel Dettmann presents RAUCH”, for Ostgut Ton sub-label A-TON.
This is an audio interpretation of photos by contemporary German artist Friederike von Rauch. The music was composed by Felix K, Sa Pa, Simon Hoffmann and Marcel Dettmann himself.
